Site is located in Langland Bay, Swansea. Aim to provide affordable housing for retired people who don’t want to live alone in a large house nor want to live in a care home (in between house) through achieving net-zero emissions via Passivhaus design, co-housing scheme for retired people who love the outdoors. Aim to create a design with sensitivity for the residents and their abilities, ultimately giving them independence.

There are 1,800 complaints from the wider community about the existing planning proposal for the site, I believe that trying to alter the view to the sea and the landscape as much as possible will improve their opinions on any development.
